TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Prices are subject to change according to demand.

  • For all hand-drawn orders, an addition to the initial fee will be required for a digital version.

  • Unless the customer has a personal representation and grants me permission, I retain the right to share the work on my social networks and to record the process of its creation.

  • I reserve the right to refuse an order if its theme is contrary to my values.

2. PAYMENT

  • The accepted currency is the Canadian dollar. Any amount can be transferred by bank transfer.

  • It is possible to pay the orders entirely in advance or to pay the first half in advance at the beginning of the creation process and the second half before delivery.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

  • I will notify you as soon as I start your order.

  • The time it takes to complete an order varies from one to four weeks, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the work ordered, and other works in progress. However, if the commission is reasonably urgent, there is a way to work things out.

  • If something unexpected happens to delay the original delivery date, I will inform you as soon as possible.

ORIGINAL WORKS

  • The creation of an original handmade work is done in three steps:
1- The client provides me with his request. This is followed by a brainstorming session in which I help develop some ideas.
2- I have the client approve the sketch(s) before proceeding with the inking. Unless there are exceptions, such as an exceptional size of the work, I offer three waves of modification. For any additional modification, an additional fee will be added to the initial price, depending on its complexity. Once the sketch is validated by the client, I proceed to the finishing (inking or other).
3- Once the finishing is done, all my works are digitized for security, in case of accident or mail breakage. The customer must provide me with his postal address and his order will be delivered in a secure envelope with notification of fragility.

***Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the mail may be slower than usual and I have no control over that. My shipments are made by Canada Post without tracking numbers. Thank you for your patience!
DIGITAL ARTWORKS

  • The creation of a work has the same first two steps as for an original work. Once the work is finished, the client must provide me with his email address and the file will be provided to him in the format of his choice (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.) by Drive link or Wetransfer, depending on its size.

4. COPYRIGHT AND USE POLICY

  • I, Corentin Hunter (the artist) with my full name Corentin Hunter-Lefebvre, own the rights to the design produced. The buyer does not own the rights to the work produced. Therefore, I am authorized to use the copyrighted work to :
    - Promote myself in any place or space at my convenience (unless an exception is made due to personal theme, as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions above)

  • The buyer is allowed to:
    - Use the commissioned work for personal use, unless otherwise agreed.
    - Share the work on his social networks as long as he mentions the artist with a link on his website or similar social network (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • The following is considered copyright infringement:
    - Commercial reproduction and use of the copyrighted artwork, i.e. making any profit from it.
    - Claiming the work of art as your own.
    - Remove my signature from the artwork.
    - Alter the artwork without my consent.

5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The buyer is not entitled to a refund once I have begun work on the order.

  • If for any reason I am unable to begin your order, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.

  • If you receive a refund, I will transfer the amount to you myself.
